Free shipping on all equipment’s in our shop! We cover the cost of shipping the item to your door, saving you tons of money.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking number. We will send tracking number for you after dispatch.
All custom fees charged by either the shipping companies or the government custom agencies and import fees, are the responsibility of the customer (importer) and not the responsibility of the seller (Ozone Generator/SV-Trade Limited)
Return Policy – Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee our customers satisfaction. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do anything in our power to make you happy. All returns must be unopened and not damaged. If the item arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us as soon as you receive your purchase. Some of our manufacturers require a restocking fee up to 20% on returns. We unfortunately have to pass that expense on to our customers. To Make a Return, Simply:
1. Repack your machine with all of its components back into its original packaging.
